I'm excited to meet you and service you in all your beauty needs: lash extensions, brow services, lash lifts, facials, and Japanese face-lifting massages. My name is Kassandra Moreno. I have been in the beauty industry since 2011! I have 9+ years of experience doing brows and 7+ years lashing. I have over 17+ certifications from various artists in the USA and other countries! I truly have a passion for what I do and can't wait to teach you all the tips and tricks I've learned along the way. I truly believe knowledge is power, and I'm here to share what I know! | BOOKING YOUR 1:1 COURSE | You are required to provide a credit card to book your appointment. Inputting your card information states that you have read the terms and conditions stated below. You will be required to pay a deposit for your course date to be set. The remaining balance can be paid with Afterpay, PayPal, credit card, or cash. | REFUND POLICY | All courses are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
* A no-call/no-show will result in an immediate cancelation of clients' existing reservations. * Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. *10 min late grace period. It will result in a default no call/ no show, and the cancelation fee will be charged. * A 50% cancelation fee will be charged for any no-shows & cancelations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. * If the card used to reserve your appointment has insufficient funds, you will not be able to book another appointment with me until you pay whatโs owed plus the FULL amount of your next appointment in advance. * If you are a no-call/no-show and your card is declined, you will be blocked and banned from ever booking with me again. * To avoid any fees, please reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your reservation.
